SOUR CHERRY CON, DAY 1: May 7 (FREE COMIC BOOK DAY!)
10:30 AM – Comics-making class for kids/all ages
12:30 PM – Scavenger Hunt (in store)
2:00 PM – Powerpuff Poetry Club OPEN MIC! (all ages)
5:00 PM – Raffle Winners Announced
7:00 PM – Visiting DJ / Queer Dance Party!
SOUR CHERRY CON, DAY 2: MAY 8 (Mother’s Day!)
11:30 AM – Drag Show @ Milk SF 302 Valencia St (some free comics available on a first come first serve basis if stock allows)
(after) – Drag Procession to Sour Cherry Comics
1-6 PM – Artist Alley! Artists will be tabling during this time with their prints, and various accessories. (Art makes a great Mother’s Day gift…!)
And that’s the schedule! Reminder that raffle tickets are currently on sale in-store or online. In-store: $1 = 1 ticket, $5 = 6 tickets. Online minimum of 6 tickets.
Who else is going to cosplay for the weekend? I plan to do at least one closet cosplay… Maybe both days if I feel like it.
